**Customer Support Executive - Canadian Telecom (International Voice Process)**

**Eligibility**: Graduates & Undergraduates with **minimum 6 months - 1+ year of experience** in international voice process

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary Structure**
- **6 to 18 months of international voice experience**
- CTC: Up to **₹4.5 LPA**
- During Training**:₹30,915**
- Post Training**:₹34,665**
- **18+ months of international voice experience**
- CTC: Up to **₹5 LPA**
- During Training**:₹34,350**
- Post Training**:₹38,517**
- Final salary will be discussed post-validation of salary slips._

**Eligibility & Guidelines**
- Experience: Minimum **6 months in international voice**
- Maximum gap considered**:Up to 12 months only (no exceptions)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Canadian telecom customers
- Provide effective solutions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Meet process-specific performance metrics and quality benchmarks
- Adhere to training, compliance, and operational standards

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Ability to handle queries in a professional & empathetic manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
