- Overall Management: Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff members across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing the hotel's budget, monitoring expenses, maximizing revenue, and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and safety throughout the hotel premises.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ordering necessary items, and managing inventory costs effectively.
- Event Management: Coordinating and overseeing events hosted at the hotel, such as conferences, weddings, and parties, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensuring the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to safety, health, employment, and hospitality.
- Strategic Planning: Developing long-term goals and strategies for the hotel's growth and success, including expansion plans, renovations, and upgrades.
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
