Sales Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor activities of individual sales team members to ensure adherence to guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously monitor, review and report sales activities and outcomes of individual sales team members against targets.
- Ensure all inbound leads/enquires are promptly allocated and directed to an appropriate team member in sales team.
- Actively monitor Sales Pipeline for individual sales team member and proactively report/highlight potential problems/performance issues.
- Notify and direct individual sales team members, in case of any variations in sales process viz a viz defined process and guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluation and incentive calculations for sales team members based on daily activity data.
- Ensure a high performance sale team through active and continuous monitoring of individual sales activities and sales results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-4 years of experience in sales administration or process management role
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
**Salary**: Rs 1.8L ~ Rs 3.0L per annum
