**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting materials, and taking minutes if required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain administrative files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Assist in managing HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, handling employee data, and supporting the hiring process.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Travel with the MD, if needed, for site visits.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders is very important.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional ethics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
