**Job Title: Pre Sales Representative**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for deployment and demonstration of our product and services with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
- Create implementation plans.
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP).
- Provide first-line technical support for delivered product and service.
- Monitor accurate and correct delivery of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS delivered.
- Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
- Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts
- Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan Assists customer, prospect and Sales
**Skills and competencies**:
- 2-3 years of Experience into technical Pre
- sales.
- Knowledge of Cloud based services/Solutions (IaaS ,PaaS and SaaS).
**Educational Qualification**:
- B.Tech/ MCA.
- Certified in cloud technology (AWS/Google/Microsoft) would be preferred.
