Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include cold calling, email campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and preparing sales pitches and presentations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing to create promotional materials and participating in client meetings to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to identify and qualify leads, along with conducting market research
  • Strong communication skills, including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Experience in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and creating promotional materials
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
