Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales professional located in Gurugram. The Pre-Sales role involves daily tasks such as engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing consulting services, and showcasing appropriate real estate offerings. The Pre-Sales professional will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, assessing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful client acquisition and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends and client requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Consulting and Presales experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales team
  • Proven track record in driving client acquisition and satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in real estate industry is advantageous
