Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Specialist who can go beyond traditional bid support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting research, profiling target accounts, and initiating meaningful conversations with prospects. Once initial interest is generated, opportunities will be handed over to the SME team for solutioning and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to gather business intelligence.
- Identify key decision-makers and profile target contacts.
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to generate qualified leads or meetings.
- Maintain a structured approach to lead nurturing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support revenue goals.
LinkedIn Proficiency:
- Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn for outreach via chats and InMails.
Strong professional network (2.5K+ connections preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and account-profiling abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
