We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in the IT sales especially in financial industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, developing customized presentations and proposals, and supporting the sales team to successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical requirements of clients and propose suitable IT solutions and Collaborate closely with the sales to meet the target.
- Prepare, customize, and deliver impactful sales decks, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to each client's needs.
- Translate technical and business requirements into compelling client presentations.
- Support the end-to-end pre-sales process, from qualifying leads to deal closure.
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and address technical or functional queries.
- Work with internal technical and product teams to design solutions that meet client expectations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company offerings, company products, fintech market trends, and competitor solutions.
- Assist in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses.
- Build strong client relationships by providing consultative and technical pre-sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of Pre-Sales experience in IT or Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services domain (Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Fintech) Hands-on experience in rural or semi-urban channel sales and distribution.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven business solutions
- Proven ability to create persuasive and well-structured presentations and proposals.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a strong ability to execute sales strategies on ground.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, MIS reporting, and field automation apps.
