Qualifications And Skills Required:
1. Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification from a Institute of repute.
2.Experience and strengths in financial modeling and analysis, company evaluation, business plan
development, market/industry research and competitive analysis.
3.Strong research, analytical and creative problem solving skills required, including a thorough
understanding of how to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative information with a
realistic and commercial understanding of issues and to translate them into clear, insightful and
easily understood conclusions, recommendations and presentations.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with
various stake holders such as investors, directors, senior management or and other third-party
vendors.
5.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access, strong research, presentation
development and delivery skills.
6.Previous relevant experience in Real Estate/Finance/Housing Loan industry will be a plus.**Job description for EA Profile**
- She/He will take active interest in the success of the company and act as a - right arm
- to the MD’s
- As a highly skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information flowing in and out of the MD’s office, correspondence and presentations for the MD’s, and other executive support as needed.
- Works closely with the Management and maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- Provides support in arranging internal and external meetings of Managing Director.
- Preparation of Minutes of Meeting and sharing with respective stakeholders and further follow ups.
- Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the MD’s.
- You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items
- Drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting.
- With your ability to multi-task you will also provide some support to the other members of the management team and develop internal communications.
- You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery.
- You will choreograph complex projects, events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Maintaining daily/weekly planner for MD’s and organizing internal/external meetings.
- Attending meeting with MD’s, taking meeting minutes and meticulous follow ups.
- Sending daily report and portfolio updating on daily basis.
- Daily reminders and updating on schedules time to time.
- Travel and Staying Expense statement preparing Month wise
- Speed entry and processing bills for all travel and staying expenses.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
