**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an enterprising individual with the zeal to ensure seamless last-mile delivery experiences at Islie by Priya Jain.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Handling customer complaints
- Collect customer confirmation for re-attempting the delivery or updating the address if required.
- Coordinate with key team members to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately record call outcomes and customer responses in the system.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Educate customers about delivery timelines and process-related queries.
- Work on reducing RTO (Return to Origin) rates by resolving delivery issues effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally.
- Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.
- Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

- Thorough knowledge of products/services.

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce logistics and delivery processes.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving skills to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for maintaining records.
- Polite disposition.
- The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients.
