**About the Company**
We are a **creative and fast-growing clothing design firm**, dedicated to delivering high-quality, trend-forward apparel and providing exceptional customer experiences. To strengthen our customer relationship team, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated **CRM professional**.
**Role Overview**
The **CRM** will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the sales and design teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain client databases using CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
- Coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor client feedback, identify issues, and propose improvements.
- Track order follow-ups, delivery timelines, and payment status.
- Generate reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by tracking and analyzing customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Fashion Management**, or a related field.
- **2-5 years** of experience in **CRM, customer service**, or **client servicing** (experience in the **fashion/apparel industry** is preferred).
- Proficient in **MS Office Suite** and **CRM software/tools**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to **multitask**, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
