Job Title: CRM Executive/Manager

**Job Description**:
Role Overview: The CRM Executive/Manager is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. This role involves maintaining CRM software, tracking customer preferences, and using analytics to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

Analyze customer data and feedback to improve engagement.

Monitor customer interactions and communication, ensuring timely responses.

Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on CRM insights.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance the customer experience.

Provide training to teams on CRM software and best practices.

Prepare reports and dashboards for management regarding customer metrics.

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.

Project management skills.

Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in CRM management, customer service, or related roles.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
