**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Prospecting**: Contact potential students and borrowers via outbound calls to introduce study abroad loan products and assess their initial interest.
- **Document Checklist Sharing**: Provide detailed information on the required documentation for the loan process and follow up for timely submission.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately update and maintain customer details in the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and leads are logged.
- **Case Assignment**: After gathering initial information, assign the prospect to a designated loan counselor for further processing and assistance.
- **Communication**: Ensure clear and professional communication with prospects and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- **English Proficiency**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum [Bachelors Degree/Graduate] in any discipline.
- **Experience**: [Preferred/Entry-level] experience in tele-calling, customer support, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
