**Job Role - Service coordinator**
**Job Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Service Back Office team. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries related to water purification spares, coordinating commissioning & installation, ensuring spare parts availability, and working closely with the Stores team for timely dispatches.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding water purification spares.**
- Ensure timely installation of systems.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Stores team to monitor spare availability and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely dispatch of spares by following up closely with the Stores team.
- **Track and maintain records of inquiries, quotations, stock, and dispatches.**
- Follow up with courier services to ensure timely delivery of spares to customers.
- Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues.
- Utilize CRM, ERP, and SAP systems accurately to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and update records.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
**- 3-5 years of experience in handling customer business, preferably in water purification or a related industry.**
**- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and ERP systems.**
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
