- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal and special event menus.
- **Food Preparation and Execution**:

- Oversee the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food products are of the highest quality, freshness, and proper portion size.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Assist in managing kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- **Staff Training and Development**:

- Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on Continental cooking techniques, recipes, and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and skill development.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of food products to ensure adherence to quality standards and freshness.
