Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a North Indian Chef / Chinese Chef / Continental Chef at Gola Sizzlers, located in New Delhi. The chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of North Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes. Day-to-day tasks include menu planning, purchasing ingredients, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine preparation
  • Experience in menu planning and ingredient selection
  • Skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate kitchen operations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a chef
