**Job Title**: Business Development, Sales Executive - MICE Events

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new clients within the corporate and travel sectors.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of MICE sales, contracting, global travel, and events to offer strategic solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, procurement, and closing deals.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends to effectively position the company’s services and solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, budgets, and client expectations.
- Utilize your expertise in strategic sourcing, budget management, and cost optimization to enhance profitability.
- Drive corporate partnerships and collaborate on event planning for conferences, incentives, and exhibitions.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 18 years of experience in MICE sales, contracting, and global travel events.
- **Domain Expertise**: Proven expertise in negotiation, sales, strategic sourcing, budget management, and procurement within the corporate and tourism industries.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of market trends, destination strategies, and channel management.
- **Skills**: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of delivering profitable solutions.
- **Personality**: A resourceful, innovative, and highly respected team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
