**Job Title: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Contracting & Operations Head**
**Overview**:

**Contracting**:
- Develop and implement strategic contracting strategies to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including hotels, venues, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies, budgetary constraints, and legal requirements.
- Review and analyze contract terms, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings or value-added services.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and renewals, and ensure timely payment and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
**Vendor Management**:
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and vendor audits to assess service quality, adherence to contractual terms, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify new suppliers and partners to expand the company's network and enhance service offerings in line with client needs and industry trends.
**Operations Management**:
8. Oversee the operational aspects of MICE programs and projects, including event planning, logistics coordination, and onsite management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and client services, to ensure seamless execution of MICE programs and alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MICE operations, including pre-event planning, vendor coordination, attendee management, and post-event evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MICE operations, such as event attendance, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
**Team Leadership**:
12. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the MICE contracting and operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development and growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in MICE contracting, vendor management, and operations management, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation and management, with a proven track record of securing favorable terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of MICE industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
