✈️ Sales Manager – MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)Location: MumbaiFull-Time | Experience: 12–15 YearsLeadership Role | Travel & Events IndustryCTC-18 LPAAre you a seasoned MICE leader with a passion for delivering exceptional corporate experiences? We are seeking a Sales Manager – MICE to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India MICE vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.What You’ll Do:Business & Strategy- Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals- Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews- Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clientsSales & Client Engagement- Own and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographies- Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are met- Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retentionEvent Leadership- Oversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events—budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review- Manage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency- Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-timeMarket Insight & Collaboration- Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignmentWhat We’re Looking For:- Experience: 10–15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership role- Industry Background: Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm- Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA preferred- Skills:- Strategic & Financial Acumen- Destination Knowledge & Global Market Insight- Executive-level Client Engagement- Strong Negotiation, Communication & Contracting Skills- Passion for Events, Travel, and Operational ExcellenceWhy This Role?- Lead a nationally recognized MICE business function- Work with top-tier clients and high-impact events- Own growth, delivery, and team leadership- Enjoy autonomy with strong cross-functional collaborationApply NowLocation: MumbaiSend your CV to: ( )Or DM for more information.
