**Job Profile: (Roles and Responsibilities)**
- Should be responsible for Hotel Reservations: FIT & GROUPS
- Must interface between the Clients and Hotels. Dealing with hotels and suppliers PAN INDIA, negotiating, getting updates about hotels for fully booked period.
- Negotiating with hotels for groups, FITs and MICE
- Must have the capability to negotiate contracts with hotels and suppliers.
- Also, should be able to make costing & P&L sheets for Groups and MICE.
- Conducting analysis of requirement, finding the suitable Hotel options. Processing booking confirmation and receiving mails from hotels. Finding alternative hotels incase hotel booking denied by the required hotel
- Responsible for creation a client base in liaison between the sales team RM and the client.
- Responsible for acquiring relationships and managing & retaining such contracting clients by inspiring trust and negotiating the best deals. Maintaining a rapport with the client on the daily basis
- Should be a dynamic professional with experience in Business Development, Portfolio Management & Client Relationship Management in the Hospitality Sector.

**Skills Required**:

- Should have understanding of travel market, its behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to market
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent efficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Networking skills with the sales division hotel industry

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
