Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the fitness center/studio.
- Handle client servicing – ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Drive sales and membership growth through consultations and promotions.
- Support clients with fitness-related queries and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to fitness standards.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and wellness programs.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and client engagement.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
