This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and end-to-end execution, ensuring properties are launch-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review AutoCAD layouts, aligning with SOPs.Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties.Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, GRN process, and documentation.Maintain fit-out data records and assist in procurement audits.Work closely with Procurement for Opex purchases.Report directly to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.Requirements5–7 years in fit-out management or project execution.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.Excellent negotiation and site management skills.What You’ll GetOwnership of property fit-out projects.Exposure to procurement, operations, and property launches.High-growth environment with autonomy.
