Position Executive Secretary
Salary Range 7-8 LPA
Based Location Corporate Office - Noida (will be shifting to Okhla in 2-3 months)
Educational & Technical
Qualification
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation
Key Responsibilities
**Administrative and secretarial support**
1. Maintain calendar and organize meetings, travel and other related
arrangements.
2. Take notes or minutes of various meetings as and when required.
3.Deals with correspondence addressed and assists with letters and
presentations.
which require priority and bring to attention.
5. Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation,
notes and correspondence.
6. Identify and take any follow up action arising from the notes that are
required.
7. Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person.
8. Managing Report in Excel by using V-lookup, Pivot etc.
9. Preparation of Monthly MIS, and regular reports.
**General administrative assistance**
1. Assist in the maintenance of documentation of the department.
2. Administrative support to other team members as and when required.
3. Coordination with other departments as and when required.
**Key Skills**
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills is must
- Proficient in Ms Word, Advance Excel & Power Point Presentations
- Attention to deadline & details; can work under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,926.32 - ₹55,015.28 per month
