**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the CEO
**Location**: Okhla, New Delhi
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reporting To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar: appointments, meetings, travel, and key events.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
2. Strategic & Administrative Support
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items discussed in meetings.
- Coordinate across departments to collect data and updates for CEO-level reporting.
- Draft internal/external communication and assist in preparing board presentations and documents.
3. Travel & Meeting Coordination
- Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Organize and facilitate key leadership meetings, including agenda prep and minutes.
- Manage logistics for off-sites, conferences, or stakeholder engagements.
4. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ensure alignment with company values.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and productivity tools.
- High degree of discretion and judgment.
