Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing their schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
Coordinate with senior executives, board members, and external partners
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Provide administrative support, including data management and reporting
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning
