**Overview**

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while providing essential support to the CEO in daily activities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant acts as a gatekeeper, managing the executive's time and priorities, as well as representing the office to internal and external stakeholders. This role is vital for enhancing productivity and ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic decision-making and leadership initiatives. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating key meetings, managing schedules, and overseeing communication on behalf of the CEO. Given the fast-paced nature of the corporate environment, the Executive Assistant must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a keen understanding of business operations to contribute to the organization's success effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications to/from the CEO.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agenda distribution and minutes taking.
- Conduct research and compile information required for decision-making processes.
- Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO to facilitate high-level initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Oversee office organization and administration to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks as directed by the CEO.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and outings.
- Implement and optimize administrative processes and systems for better efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating training and setup.
- Collaborate with other executives and departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Provide ad-hoc support in special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings and maintain accountability.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support role or similar capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and project management software.
- Sound problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tackling issues.
- Understanding of corporate governance and business protocols.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various departments.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
