Children First is a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service located in Gurgaon. We have been providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents up to 25 years for over a decade.

Our team is led by Dr Amit Sen, Dr Shelja Sen and Dr Kavita Arora, who have deep expertise and extensive experience in the child and adolescent mental health space. Over the years they were joined by some of the most committed, empathetic, and skilled professionals, building a multidisciplinary team, which continues to grow.

**Who are we looking for?**

Children First is looking for an energetic, committed, and mission-driven professional to support us in managing our footprint and impact through managing documentation and making our function smoother.

**Admin Executive**

Reports to: Admin - Senior Manager

Job Purpose: To manage the documentation of reports and assessments, as well as perform general administrative functions, to ensure the smooth operation of a mental health services clinic in Gurgaon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**:

- Maintains and updates records of reports and assessments
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Archives and retrieves documents as needed

2. **Administrative Support**:

- Answers phones, greets visitors and handles inquiries
- Coordinates appointments and schedules
- Performs data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Manages office supplies and equipment

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provides prompt and professional assistance to customers
- Resolves customer complaints and issues
- Maintains a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Post Graduate
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
