**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as CLIENT SUCCESS ASSOCIATES. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, reconciling accounts, and facilitating the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per agreed timeline. **Client acquisition based on leads ** Work with senior advocates to prevent client harassment **Work with senior advocates to ensure quick settlement ** Negotiation with bank officials and recovery agencies

Skills Required:

Job Requirements:

- sales Experience:6 months to 2.5 yrs in inside sales, edtech sales, insurance sales, etc. **No field Sales, FMCG Sales, Retail Sales**

**Salary**: 15,000 to 22,000 in hand (+ retainer incentives Rs 5,000+) Laptop and handset (we can provide laptop on rental)
- Highly Qualified Leads (No Cold Calling) **Less Than 10 Calls a Day + Chat Process** Desk Job For Fixed Timing (10 am to 6 pm)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
