Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager located in New Delhi. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients are achieving their desired outcomes with our services. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to improve client experience and provide valuable feedback for service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Relationship Building skills
- Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and improving service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in tech or remote workforce industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
