**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and execute strategic plans to drive aggressive sales growth and operational excellence across all business units.
- **Commercial Growth**:Take full ownership of the P&L and commercial strategy for business volumes exceeding **₹200+ Cr**, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
- **Operational Management**:Oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- **Market Penetration**:Lead efforts to expand market share through a deep understanding of channel sales, establishing and strengthening relationships with key hospital networks and clinical leaders.
- **Global Expansion**:Guide the company's expansion into new global markets, navigating diverse business landscapes and regulatory requirements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure stringent adherence to complex regulatory frameworks, including **US FDA, CE, and CDSCO**, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- **Team Development**:Champion a positive, collaborative work environment, mentoring and nurturing the next generation of leaders within the organization.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **20+ years**of progressive leadership experience within the medical devices industry.
- Demonstrated track record of **scaling sales and operations**for high-growth companies.
- Proven experience in managing business operations of **₹200+ Cr**and above.
- Extensive experience with both the **Indian and global medical device markets**.
- Deep expertise in **channel sales, hospital networks, and clinician relationship management**.
- A leadership style that balances a strong focus on top-line results with a genuine commitment to people development and mentorship.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory landscapes, particularly **US FDA, CE, and CDSCO**.
