The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for providing leadership, management and strategic vision for the Group's Real Estate Division. The individual will work closely with the executive team and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful conceptualization, designing, planning, and execution of Real Estate Projects Required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Seek partnerships with external prospects for exciting joint ventures and developments.
- Build a dream team of internal and external sales experts to market our client's projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, with a keen eye for scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Identify project milestones and deliverables. Your job is to keep everything on track.
- Structure partnership deals with potential joint venture partners, covering everything from financial terms to marketing strategies. You're the deal-making guru.
- Work closely with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements. Your attention to detail will be your superpower.
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle and turn it into a profit center.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
