**Position: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a forward-thinking business strategy in alignment with market trends and company goals.
- **Team Empowerment**: Inspire and lead a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Financial Oversight**: Drive financial success through effective budget management, resource allocation, and revenue growth strategies.
- **Industry Positioning**: Represent the company in the industry, establishing partnerships and alliances to enhance our market position.
- **Sales Revenue**: Drive Sales Revenue in US Market for Delivery in India.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CGO or in a senior executive leadership role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
