**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Kapture CX. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives that align with our mission to revolutionize customer experience automation. You will streamline operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams while spearheading key projects that fuel growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the CRO’s strategic advisor, driving initiatives to enhance revenue and scale global operations.
- Manage and optimize cross-functional projects focused on accelerating adoption of Kapture CX’s AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to align KPIs and track performance against revenue and growth goals.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and expand market reach.

**Qualifications**
- :3-7 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or revenue-focused roles, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and GTM strategies
- .Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- .Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with an interest in AI and customer automation platforms
