**Position**: Chief of Staff
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Reports To**: CEO

**About the Role**:
Celvantis Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. As a key partner to the executive team, the Chief of Staff will manage priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless communication across departments. This role requires a high level of strategic insight, problem-solving ability, and exceptional organizational skills to support the CEO in decision-making and day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Support**: Work closely with the CEO to manage and execute business priorities, including strategic planning, project management, and goal-setting.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring alignment on company goals and initiatives.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee and optimize internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as a liaison for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining productive relationships.
- **Project Management**: Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Executive Communication**: Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO, including reports, presentations, and internal updates.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance to team members and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 3+ in a Chief of Staff, strategic advisory, or high-level operations role, preferably within the recruitment or consulting industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,219.12 - ₹91,475.98 per month
