As we scale, we are looking for a **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to drive operational

excellence, build scalable systems, and ensure every touchpoint of care reflects our

commitment to compassion, quality, and efficiency.

**What You’ll Do**

Lead and scale **operations** across member services, hospital care, home care, and school

health programs.

Design and implement systems and processes for **seamless, efficient, and high-quality**

**care delivery**.

Take ownership of key performance metrics including **member satisfaction, service**

**quality, operational efficiency, and cost control**.

Work closely with the **Founder & CEO** to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing teams, and other

healthcare providers.

Ensure adherence to **regulatory compliance, data privacy, and consent protocols**.

Foster a **culture of empathy, accountability, and innovation** within the team.

**Who You Are**

✔ **5+ years of leadership experience** in healthcare operations, health-tech, hospital

administration, or digital health platforms.

✔ Proven success in managing and scaling **multi-location operations** or working in

**early-stage startups**.

✔ Strong understanding of **technology, healthcare delivery, and patient experience**.

✔ **Mission-driven** leader with excellent people management, strategic thinking, and execution

skills.

Bonus: Exposure to **B2C healthcare**, **elder care**, **chronic disease management**, or

**preventive care** models.

**Preferred Background**

**MBA / MHA / MPH** from premier institutes (ISB, IIMs, TISS, PHFI, or equivalent).

Prior leadership roles in **health-tech companies, hospitals, or digital healthcare**

**startups**.
