Job Title: Chief of Administration and Operations

Reports to: CEO/Executive Director

Location: HAL, Old Airport Road, Bangalore

Job Summary:
The Chief of Administration and Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the organization. This position ensures efficient day-to-day operations, develops and implements administrative policies, manages budgets, and provides strategic guidance to support the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight

1. Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

2. Supervise administrative staff, including human resources, finance, and facilities management.

3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and organizational policies.

Operational Management

1. Oversee daily operations, including facilities management, logistics, and supply chain.

2. Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.

3. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Strategic Planning

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies.

2. Provide operational guidance and support for strategic initiatives.

3. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Human Resources

1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

2. Oversee recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.

3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Communication and Collaboration

1. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.

2. Communicate organizational policies, procedures, and changes effectively.

3. Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment and cohesion.

Risk Management

1. Identify and mitigate operational risks.

2. Develop and implement emergency response plans.

3. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.

Financial Management

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

2. Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.

3. Ensure effective internal controls.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in administration, operations, or management.
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, management, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and HR principles.
- Familiarity with organizational development, risk management, and compliance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
