Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Real Estate | Bangalore (RR Nagar)

We are seeking an experienced
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to lead operations, drive growth, and build organizational excellence for our fast-growing real estate company. As the COO, you will partner with the CEO, MD, and Board to deliver projects on time, scale revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction while fostering a strong people-first culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead company-wide operations and drive efficiency across all functions.
  • Oversee planning, development, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects.
  • Drive revenue growth by collaborating with Sales, Marketing & CRM teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, ROI, and provide strategic insights.
  • Mentor and lead department heads (Construction, Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and all regulatory norms, mitigating risks proactively.
  • Enhance customer experience, brand reputation, and NPS scores.
  • Champion ERP/PropTech adoption, automation, and process digitization.
  • Manage board & investor reporting with structured reviews and presentations.
  • Lead HR, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive ESG, sustainability, and CSR programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in
    real estate operations/project delivery
    .
  • Strong
    financial acumen
    with proven P&L and ROI management.
  • Deep understanding of
    compliance, legal, and regulatory frameworks (RERA)
    .
  • Proven success in
    scaling teams, mentoring leaders, and organizational development
    .
  • Tech-driven mindset with exposure to
    ERP, PropTech, and process automation
    .
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
