About the Role:
We seek an application for the position of an extremely experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will manage the financial strategy and operations for the company. The candidate should have extensive experience in managing financial operations, M&A, and liaising with US entities from India. The CFO will be instrumental in the delivery of financial performance and strategic growth to the company, while keeping the exceptional integration of all the business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop overall financial strategic planning and analysis that would place it in line with business objectives. Manage the finance functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flows, and financial reporting. Oversee mergers and acquisitions through financial due diligence, negotiations, and integration after the merger. Deal with accounting matters from local and international sources, relevant tax laws and guidelines, and statutory requirements. Focus mainly on US GAAP. Lead business transformation by integrating finance to the business, particularly operatively. Works closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Oversees the management of financial risk, strong internal controls and compliance processes Manages relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies Leads the finance team, promotes high-performance culture and supports professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
CA or CPA qualification with 10 years minimum progressive experience in financial leadership roles. Proven experience of working with US entities from India, and a good knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulation Significant practical experience in M&A, financial operation, and integration after the merger Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiently using finance software and tools, and having experience with ERP systems would be an added advantage Ability to handle multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to meet deadlines. Preferably: Experience of working with Multinational organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thus able to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Reports to: CEO or Board of Directors
