RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership in continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives
  2. Direction and oversight of all aspects of Finance & Accounting functions of the institution,
  3. Efficiently develop annual budgets and forecasts and actively track actual performance in comparison to budgets
  4. Develop appropriate MIS and present the same to the Office Bearers of the institution.
  5. Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  6. Perform risk management through analysis of liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage cash flow appropriately.
  7. Develop and maintain a check of internal controls to safeguard the organizations financial assets.
  8. Attend Board and subcommittee meetings regularly and provide useful/necessary financial inputs on various parameters.
  9. Monitor financial performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team.
  10. Training and increasing awareness and knowledge related to financial management matters across the organization.
  11. Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.

  12. Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.

  13. Required skills and qualifications

  14. CA / CA (Inter) with having experience of minimum eight years and above in finance domain.

  15. Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax laws.
  16. Should possess good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
