Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (Hospital, Dialysis)

Reports To: CEO / Board

Job Purpose (Summary):

The CFO provides strategic leadership for financial planning, budgeting, and management. This role ensures financial sustainability, compliance, and transparency while enabling hospital growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.


• Develop hospital budgets and ensure cost control.


• Ensure compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.


• Monitor cash flow, revenue cycles, and financial performance.


• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulators.


• Support investment planning and capital expenditure projects.


• Develop financial risk management strategies.


• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.


• Supervise finance staff and ensure professional development.


• Report financial performance to the board and senior leadership.

Key Requirements:


• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.


• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.).


• 10+ years of financial management experience with healthcare exposure.


• Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycles and insurance claims.


• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
