Chief Operating Officer (COO) with 12+ Years of Experience

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies in collaboration with the executive team to achieve organizational objectives. Align the operational plans with the overall vision and mission of the organization.

Operational Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of all operational aspects related to malls, temples, and NGOs. Ensure that processes and protocols are in place to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure financial sustainability across all operations.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, donors, and sponsors, to strengthen relationships and foster mutual support.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in services provided by the malls, temples, and NGOs.

Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of different operations and identify areas for improvement.

Growth and Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and expansion possibilities for the organization. Evaluate potential projects and partnerships that align with the organization's mission and vision.

Innovation and Technology: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans to handle emergencies and crisis situations effectively.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience of 12+ years in senior management roles, with a focus on malls, temples, and NGO management.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
