We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and drive our operational strategies to new heights.Job Summary:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all properties within the hotel group. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of operational success in the hotel industry.Key Responsibilities:1.Operational Leadership:oProvide leadership and direction to the operational management teams across all properties.oEnsure all hotels adhere to the company’s standards for quality, service, and operational excellence.oMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.2.Strategic Planning and Execution:oCollaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s operational strategy.oDrive initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies, cost control, and profitability.oOversee the implementation of new technologies and processes that enhance operational capabilities and sustainability efforts.3.Financial Management:oDevelop and manage operational budgets in alignment with the company’s financial goals.oMonitor financial performance and ensure all properties meet or exceed budgetary targets.oWork with the finance team to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to improve overall profitability.4.Guest Experience and Quality Assurance:oEnsure exceptional guest experiences across all properties through continuous improvement of service standards and operational procedures.oImplement quality assurance programs to maintain and enhance guest satisfaction.oAddress guest feedback and operational challenges promptly and effectively.5.Human Resources and Team Development:oFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.oOversee talent acquisition, training, and development programs to build a high-performing operations team.oImplement performance management processes to ensure accountability and recognition of outstanding performance.6.Compliance and Risk Management:oEnsure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national regulations, including health and safety standards.oImplement risk management strategies to protect the company’s assets and reputation.oLead initiatives to enhance sustainability and corporate social responsibility across operations.7.Stakeholder Management:oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, and partners.oCommunicate operational performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.oRepresent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).•Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.•Proven track record of successfully managing multi-property hotel operations.•Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.•Familiarity with the Indian hospitality market and regulatory environment is a plus.Key Competencies:•Strategic Vision and Execution•Operational Excellence•Financial Management•Leadership and Team Development•Customer Focus•Innovation and Change ManagementCompensation:Competitive salary and benefits package commensurating with this position, including performance-based incentives.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience relevant to this role to:
