Job Description: (Corporate Sales)
As a Corporate Sales Executive in the travel industry, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling travel-related products and services to corporate clients. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. Following are the roles and responsibilities you’ll need to fulfill for the position:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients in various industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel requirements and preferences.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their queries and providing timely assistance.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and travel policies to offer customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
3. Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, focusing on increasing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any concerns.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients.
4. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to corporate clients about travel itineraries, pricing, policies, and any additional services.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Good understanding of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
