We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist / Sales Executive , work from office role – Bengaluru 🌟 About Us We are a rapidly growing corporate gifting company based in Bengaluru, known for our wide product range and super-fast delivery. We partner with leading corporates, startups, HR teams, and CXOs to deliver memorable gifting experiences — from onboarding kits to festive gifting. If you’re ambitious, energetic, and excited to work closely with founders, you’ll love this role. Location: In-office – Bengaluru , whitefield Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Remuneration: · 22000 for first 6 month of probation period . · 30000 + Incentive , after satisfactory performance & completion of probation period 🎯 Role Overview As a Sales Specialist / Sales Executive, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team across sales, strategy, execution, and customer success. This role gives you full ownership of the entire sales pipeline — lead generation → cold calling → cold emails → nurturing → demos → closure — while helping shape how we grow and scale. 🔥 What You’ll Do - Own the complete sales cycle and drive revenue - Cold calling & cold emailing to generate new leads - Build and nurture a strong pipeline across industries - Conduct product demos , sampling and close deals - Work directly with founders on sales strategy, pitches & proposals - Create strong sales stories and refine positioning - Build relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, founders & CMOs - Represent the company at events, exhibitions & industry meetups - Organise and participate in exhibitions for brand visibility & sales - Fast-track into Sales Lead based on performance 👤 Who You Are - 1–2 years experience in B2B sales (corporate gifting experience is a plus) - Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing & outreach - Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills - Self-driven, target-oriented & comfortable in a fast-paced founder-led setup - Able to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently 💼 Why Join Us - High ownership, high learning - Work directly with founders - Rapid career growth Fast-paced, exciting work environment
