**Position Summary**

We are looking for people to join the team as Retail Associate with a minimum of 1- to 3 years of experience with Fashion and Apparel Brands. As the Retail Associate at The Souled Store, you will be in charge of leading our organization's retail efforts. The role will involve interactions with a diverse group of people. A ‘roll up your sleeves and get it done’ leadership style. Marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail. Must be comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be able to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Capable to learn and unlearn and relearn store practices
- Highly driven, energetic, and being a team player
- Sell, upsell and cross sell based on customer requirement
- Clearly communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before pitching products
- Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customers.
- Report daily sales to HQ

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Listening skills and Good Verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and People skills
- Upselling / Cross Selling and meeting sales goals
- General Retail knowhow including but not limited to visual merchandising, product knowledge, strong communication skills and being goal oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
