Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team in the e-commerce domain. The

preferences in order to enhance the overall user experience of our e-commerce platform. The UX Researcher will

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including primarily product managers, designers, developers, and

marketers to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights into user behaviors,

preferences, and pain points within the e-commerce platform.

2. Utilize a variety of research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis to

uncover user needs and opportunities for improvement.

3. Analyze research findings and distill key insights to inform product strategy, design decisions, and feature

prioritization.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations and design

solutions that enhance the user experience.

5. Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate research findings and user

needs to stakeholders.

6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the e-commerce platform through user feedback, usability

testing, and data analysis, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and user experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or

related field.
- Proven experience conducting user research in the e-commerce domain, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics

platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings and

recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- UX Researcher: 3 years (preferred)
