**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and refine user experiences.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to optimize digital experiences.
- Create detailed UX documentation, such as personas, journey maps, and interaction guidelines.
- Ensure designs align with business goals, brand identity, and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Balsamiq.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
