We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of exceptional user-centric designs. you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that deliver exceptional user experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers and HTML designers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Develop visual designs and mock-ups using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
- Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end elements.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Develop style guides and design documentation for reference.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowing Adobe XD and Sketch is plus point, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript for front-end implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
