We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.

**Location**: Remote (India)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range(INR)**: 8 to 12 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Excellence**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
- **User Insights**: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
- **Research-Driven Approach**: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- **Consistency in Design**: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
- **Accessibility & Responsiveness**: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges.

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components.
- Experience in leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows.
